Research and Development (R&D)
Since our establishment, OPUSVI's research teams have been closely collaborating with leading clinics, research institutes and universities to accumulate scientific data that have led to approval for our products that offer exceptional quality standards. Studies are carried out on material surfaces and technical analysis are carried out for new products. We aim to bring new systems and products to the sector with applied research, testing and analysis.
PRODUCTION
Engineers, mechanics and technical specialists are becoming part of the manufacturing business. All the innovations introduced in the production stages and the characteristics of the finished products are the result of consistent and in-depth studies, as well as remarkable investments.
QUALITY CONTROL
The high quality of OPUSVI products is the result of sophisticated production techniques and precise quality control in accordance with the rules. The products are inspected by different quality control officers with the world's best technology optics measuring devices with a high-precision transition method of one-tenth of a millimeter (1/10,000). Out-of-tolerance products are eliminated.
CLEAN ROOM
A clean room is a temperature and humidity controlled working environment that is established for production and research purposes, free from dust and other particles in the air as much as possible. After the surface is treated, the implants come to this unit to be packaged. Our products are packaged in 3 stages and sterilization is maximized.
MEASUREMENT
Implant internal measurement is performed with a measuring device. Touch-trigger probes are used to support the measurement of sample properties whose products cannot be controlled by image alone. This capability in the device enables extremely high-precision measurements.
Surface roughness is measured with an RA measuring device. Surface roughness is a precise quality criterion that indicates the quality of a product and is effective on the joint surface of two parts. The surface roughness must always be well designed on a macro and micro scale to match the biomechanical properties of the jaw.
RA surface roughness value: it is the absolute arithmetic means of the profile fluctuations that occur upwards from the center of the material. The RA values we receive for the implant are 2.5-3 μm.
